SSI - Self Storage Inc. has always
strived to achieve the goal of being the right storage
facility to any customer. Our primary goal is to have
office space available for small business to rent, and
this would give them the opportunity to keep their
inventory close to their office. As an example: We have
rented three office spaces recently with the following criteria:
20 x 40 for $600.00 a month
20x 30 for $450.00 a month
The new office
space with 1200 square feet is $900.00 a month
All offices come with 200amp service,
cable, phone and electric bills are your
responsibility.
Offices have a common area
that they share: one bath room, kitchen / break area,
and a 14' x 16' conference room. We built these offices
to accommodate our customers and their needs. Our goal
in the future is to bring all of our location up to
this standard by putting office space in them. We hope
that you will give us a chance to be perfect storage
facility to meet all your needs. The following
